This Blog is about creating awareness about these fraud Companies which says they provide you Data Entry work. 

How It all Start with you ??

1. First of all, you guys will receive a call from their HR or lady which will tell you about the data entry job in which you can earn Rs. 5000-30000 in just a month and tell you about the job details like you will be provided one application in which you just need to do typing work which requires only 2-3 hrs a day and try to convince you by giving you a very easy job to earn money.
2. If you still didn't show any interest then they will call you many times with different numbers and somehow they manage to convince you to work for them.
3. After that, when you agree to work for them then they will message you on WhatsApp and show you the sample works and some ppt to show you how to do this work.
4. Then they will ask for your Email ID, 2 -3 Contract numbers, Adharcard/Voter ID/Driving License any proof which you can provide.
5. After all that they will send you one Application which you need to download ( mostly through google drive) and these applications will always be insecure and they will tell you to install it on your phone. Application name usually is Agreement Software.
6. When you install these type of applications this app usually ask for 5 Permission in your phone to run into your phone. By allowing all, you are allowing this app to access all your contacts information, manage phone calls, Device location, Access Photos, Media and files on your device, and to send and view SMS messages in your phone. 
7. After all this then you need to login in this app through your number then there would be the option to click photo which you need to send to them, one Agreement which you can and digital signature 
8. which you need to complete for doing their work.
9. After completing all this ( Note: Even you don't click a pic or do digital signature) they will call you again in which you will be told by their employee to Say yes and I agree to terms&conditions of the agreement when you receive another call by their customer service.
10. After doing that then you will be all ready to do their work

Doing all this then you will receive an Email from them in which it will be written something like this:

• Payment would be done only for the correct captchas if you complete your target in the given timeline.
• Your  Username and Password has been sent you on your email id.
• Your Project Plan registration fees and validity is mention in your agreement.
• You can only login into 1 mobile at 1 time.
• Completing a total captchas is compulsory.
• If you fail to complete the work or fail to achieve accuracy than you have to pay a Penalty amount of 5000/- Rs to company. 
• If Company found 2 login/ 2 logout together, 2 different IP address without any login then the company will not be responsible for the corruption of the data in the online module than your I.D. will get terminate without any intimation.

Now the very Important Part 

This Agreement is fake and any agreement like this also fake as there are many important points in which contracts that prove its void or fake 

(a) there is no sign of the advocate in all the above agreements. 

(b) the same stamp paper used for many agreements as you can see a spot marked in the first page in the red circle. Since it is scanned multiple times, the mark also got scanned,

(c) when any affidavit or agreement is made, the advocate pastes some stamps and seals of red colour which is also not available 

D) For Contract to be legal there should the information written in the contracts should be contracts like address, name of the company and company need to be registered by the Law

 But in the case of this company the address is invalid, the company doesn't exist or register. and there is much wrong information provided in this agreement which makes this contract INVALID 

and same for the all other companies like EON tech, I tech and many more.

If the contract or agreement is invalid then the terms & conditions written in this will also not need to be fulfilled

In This Case, If you failed to complete their work then you are not liable to pay anything to them as this contract is already INVALID

Which means if they ask you to pay the money you need not pay them even single rupee

How you do their work??

For doing their work you will be provided one application on which you need to complete their work in given work and this app name could vary with the company but generally, it is M2C app 

They will provide you Login ID and password after that you can start doing their work from 6 PM

How their Fraud Work ??

• Your App will usually crash or sometimes stop working and sometimes your progress of the work will be decreased and maybe you wouldn't able to see your work report or performance, as well as your accuracy of it, work 
• Type of work is designed in such a way that it would be very hard to complete or in a fraudulent way 
• Whatever you do but you will never able to achieve the accuracy rate of work 
• Even after all of this sometimes your work is done can be reset automatically or you need to start it again from the beginning
• You may give up their work because of a lot of time-consuming or very difficult to do and many other reasons from which you failed to complete their Work 
• They can tell you that you login from different devices even you didn't log in from different phones or different IP address
• If you faced any difficulty in doing their work and you try to contact their customer care number they will never pick up your call or it will always be busy 

If you failed to complete their work then ??

After the date or time of work is over  (In most cases it will be 10 days)  you will receive a call from their fraud advocate which will try to scare you by saying that you failed to complete company work or you have done it incorrectly or you breached the conditions of the agreement which result in a loss for the company 

For compensation, you need to pay Rs 4000 to 1000 to the company 

If you do not pay the amount then Advocate will try to scare you by saying that you need to come to Maharastra Court or there will be case Registered against you or police can come up at your house to arrest and many other things to scare you and get money from you 

They will call you with different numbers and try to scare you and try to increase the amount 

They will send many Fake notices through Emails 

They will message you that case is registered against you with this number BT ARBITR.

They will tell you that notice will be sent at your home but it will never going to send

Their fake advocate will try to speak with you harshly and try to abuse as well as give you fake warnings

they will tell you to pay the amount in half hour or if not paid then there will be the case against you 

they are trying to scare you so that to get money from you 

Now, what to do ???

You need to simply ignore their calls and messages as well as their Emails regarding the same 

As their Advocate is fake and their agreement is fake 

Their Notices are fake 

If Their fake advocate will try to speak with you harshly and try to abuse as well as give you fake warnings just don't panic and tell them to do whatever you like to 

Their Case against you also fake 

So you don't need to panic or worry as everything told by them is totally fake 

You may go to the police and register a complaint against these fraud people

These people can just scare you nothing more so fight them hard

Relax they will do nothing . they are playing with your emotion n trying to scare u don't be afraid . I have also gone through this but I dared them to do anything they want. So be cool nothing will happen . note one thing the call which u received from person is boasting that he is advocate with his name and the mail which u received from is another advocate. So it clearly means this is a racket of fraud people's trying to encash corona pandemic. Relax have faith in urself u have nothing done wrong.
